Always load js when the tab is ready. #15

Otherwise, refreshing page or going to another page doesn't run the scripts.

@canuckistani r?. Is there a better way? The problem I was having was that the scripts would only run the first time in a tab. If I am understanding the docs, we have to do this every time the tab is ready?
