Upgrade to jQuery 1.6.1. #3

It was about time for an upgrade :)

An interesting side effect of upgrading to jQuery 1.6.1 is that it seems to have fixed a very large memory leak. Previously dotjs would happily consume close to 2GB of RAM after an hour or two of usage.

I was planning to open a separate bug report soon but now it looks like I don't need to.
