Determine which UI prototyping tool to use.

Possibilities: Figma? Is the most commonly used in the UX field and has a free account for students via the GitHub Student Developer Pack. Sketch? Rob has an account but it is Mac download only and targeted to iOS design Adobe XD? other? All have free starter plans to some extent. LucidChart does not make UI mockups available to education accounts. GenMyModel doesn't have UI mockups. Draw.io doesn't have UI mockups. Visio is free to BC students but requires a download (Windows only) and isn't easy for collaboration.
