Vista-style FolderSelectDialog #15

This brings new style dialog and avoids forgetting settings in PR #7. Now it can multi-select to add multiple folders.

note: It uses a set of code without explicit license.

I will start working on an update soon. To begin with I will focus on issues in my own backlog. So there will be a lot of changes to master branch. After that I can have a look at your pull requests and your fork.
