Eclipse Labs projects are not currently supported in the automatic export 
wizard. You will have to use the scripts provided by this project to migrate 
those projects.

Jason is correct that it is not currently supported, and you can use the 
stand-alone tools/scripts to migrate those projects. However, issue #26 tracks 
supporting eclipselabs. (I'll be working on enabling that this week.) If you 
are interested, CC yourself to that bug and you will be notified when it gets 
resolved.
