"Publishing" the COMACON project doesn't properly place all of the correct files. #17

So a weird situation I am having right now. is when I go to right-click on the COMACON project and publish it (to the folder location), it doesn't pull over the "COMACON Helper.exe" and other files.

All of those files are the ones that should be being placed in that OtherDependencies folder, but the only thing that ends up in that folder is the COMACON Helper.exe.config file.

So, the fact that it brings in the "COMACON Helper.exe.config" file, but nothing else is VERY weird. So, if anyone is able to help me out here and give me some advice as to what is going on, I would be eternally grateful!
