Add option in Calc to ignore the saved preferences for the GUI #634

Need a complementary option to restore the default behavior as well (since later options override earlier ones, or ones set by CALC_OPTIONS).

Note: this is primarily because I want to reset the default splitter ratio.

The only other thing that came to mind was possibly not saving the preferences on exit if the "-noprefs" flag was set ... But I'm happy with the way it works ... I was just wanting to some way of reverting to the default window size and split ratio, and this change does that quite nicely. So, I'm going to close it and let this thought rest unless/until it comes up again.
