Added scrollable slider #9

The built-in macOS volume controls have always allowed scrolling while hover over the slider to control the volume. This adds the functionality to this utility.

It even has the correct behavior of horizontal scrolling when natural scrolling is disabled, which Big Sur has broken currently.
