There has been community interest in using the basic events, states, and actions table structures for ndx-beadl for non-BEADL systems (e.g., ARControl, BControl). ndx-beadl is misleading and confusing for outsiders who assume that this extension is only useful for BEADL task data. We should rename it to something more generic.
