The Monash South Africa logo emblazoned on the top left of the system, should 
act as link to the relevant user's homepage, as requested in the HCI meeting 
held Thursday 16 May 2013.

Working. 
Roles hardcoded atm.
Need to add data lookup to be compatible with future roles.

True but not future-proof.

I had to hardcode the roles if someone adds a new role in the system then the 
bean won't recognize it.

I was thinking of matching roles against the role data table.
