Next Button Functionality #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking on the next button's in the application and traveller's profile 
pages

What is the expected output? 
Expected Output of Next button: To progress to the next page.

What do you see instead?
Actual Output of Next button: Page skips and redirects to a blank page, is only 
redirected to the correct page if the next button is clicked a second time.

The issue is fixed, but only seems to function correctly on Glass fish v 3.1.2, 
therefore if the traveler profile is ever presented on it should be done via my 
laptop or the main presentation unit must implement glass fish v 3.1.2.
