ImageMagick windows binary archive site unavailable #89

The site mentioned on the wiki for downloading the 6.7.9 version of ImageMagick is not available. I can't find an alternative on google. Update wiki to another source if you have it.

I also had hard time finding the legacy binary. You can get it from here: http://ftp.sunet.se/pub/multimedia/graphics/ImageMagick/binaries/

The ftp.sunet.se site archived the old content in 2016, but the archive did not include active projects, so that server no longer has legacy versions of the ImageMagick binaries.
