Great idea to write a maven plugin in order to use antora in a project.
Is there an open-source project using this maven plugin somewhere? This would help me to understand how stuff should be organized in order to build give antora and your plugin a try.

Something similar to https://gitlab.com/antora/demo/demo-site but built with maven.
