Support renaming of resume/pause to start/stop

Changes

• The torrent state for torrents returned from torrents/info changed:
  • pausedUP -> stoppedUP
  • pausedDL -> stoppedDL
  • These values were added to TorrentState as STOPPED_UPLOAD and STOPPED_DOWNLOAD
  • Using TorrentState.is_paused() will automatically accommodate this change regardless of the version of qBittorrent
• The options for the status_filter argument for Client.torrents_info() replaced paused and resumed with stopped and running, respectively
  • Any of these values are supported by this Client for any version of qBittorrent
• The methods torrents/pause and torrents/resume were renamed to torrents/stop and torrents/start
  • As such, Client.torrents_start() and Client.torrents_stop() were added
  • Client.torrents_resume() and Client.torrents_pause() were left as aliases of these new methods for backwards compatibility
