Create a CD pipeline using a Jenkins running on CDK.

Main tasks:

Install Jenkins
Create jobs to deploy each Camel Component

Optional tasks:

Create fis-qa namespace to deploy components to be tested
Create pipeline to move tags from fis to fis-qa namespace
Create fis-prod namespace to deploy final versions
Create pipeline to move tags from fis to fis-qa namespace
