Incorrect updating in Detail View for Required Fields #179

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click On Details for any of your occurrences
2. Edit any of the required fields: (Basis Of Record, Year Collected,
Genus, Specific Epithet, Decimal Latitude, Decimal Longitude, Geodetic
Datum, Coordinate Uncertainty In Meters)
3. Save Changes, return To List View, Click on that occurrence's Details again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You expect to see that one field changed in the occurrence. Instead, it
sets all of the required fields to null or -1.

Worked on Firefox, both Mac and Linux
