Geocoder text box cursor #195

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type city name in text box (e.g. Fianarantsoa)
2. Hit enter
3. Cannot get active cursor in text box- thus text appears to be "frozen".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to be able to interact with text in text box using mouse and cursor.
The text can still be cleared with backspace.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 3.0.3 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Confirmed Firefox problem on Mac as well. All clear in Safari, IE, Chrome.

This is likely a confusion about the mouse events competing between the text 
box and
the map. One solution is to get the text box off of the map.  Works OK in 
Chrome, but
not in Firefox.

No longer an issue in Firefox 3.6.13 (Ubuntu), and assume this has been fixed 
in other more recent browsers
