during upload an error occurred. #217

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. sign in
2. new upload
3. submit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
upload to complete. instead, an error window appeared.

Please provide more information: i.e what is the error message?, how big is the 
file?
and provide the sample file which reproduce the bug.

in the upload form, select the private checkbox before submitting.

the error message occurs after a successful upload dialog appears. the error is
captured in the attached screen shot. the uploaded file is 27k and is also 
attached
to this issue.
