Temperature environmental layer values very high #224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I add the temperature-mean annual layer 2000
2. I noticed that the value ranging between 110 - 276 degrees C are too high
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to have values under 40 degrees C.  Instead the map layer give
between 110 and 276.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox under windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
have the same observation for all other temperature layers
