Adding new fields which are not within Darwin Core #225

Describe the enhancement you would like in the form of a specific use case.
I want to have the opportunity to add specific fields (Funding sources for
survey, Specific information for Marine Data)

in addition, how about adding extensions to darwin core? would that be useful

Allowing any field on input is too much to try to do for Release 1.0. Need to 
decide 
if the proposed solution - to expand Darwin Core - is satisfactory. New Darwin 
Core 
(http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/index.htm) is much expanded over the previous 
version.

Are we going with the expanded DwC on release 1.0?  If so, I think that is fine 
and
we can close this issue if its already implemented.

I do not think new DarwinCore is implemented, but this should still be a target 
for a later release. See http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/index.htm

If the upgrade to standard Darwin is accomplished, then REBIOMA will have the 
Darwin Core term dynamicProperties 
(http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/index.htm#dynamicProperties), which will solve 
the problem of allowing any additional key:value pairs of information to be 
included in the core record. This could conceivably be text indexed for search 
ability as well. So, if Issue #354 was complete, it would take care of this 
issue as well, according to Claire's comment #3.

When issue #354 is complete, include help topic that explains how to use the 
dynamicProperties of DWC; that will help to resolve this issue for others in 
the future
