environmental layers defect #226

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load temperatures mean coldest months 2000 map layers 
2. the map appeared 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the maximum value  seems to be very high (212°C)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows xp

we've fixed the underlying data layer and will add them in the next release.
