Did not log me off #235

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I was signed into REBIOMA yesterday .  I did not actively log out, but I
did exit the Firefox browser
2. Today on same computer and IP address, when I wnet to the REBIOMA site I
was already logged in
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would have epxected to have to log in.  It could be a security breach.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vista

this is normal behavior for sites that require authentication, like gmail for
example. the reason is that authenticated sessions are saved in a cookie. 
concerns
about security can be remedied simply by logging out when your done. thoughts?

Yes, this is normal behavior that we should not try to code against.
