toggle occurrence field visibility via action menu #247

it would be nice if occurrence field visibility could be toggled via an
action in list view. for example, the action might be 'set property
visibility' which reveals a menu of available occurrence properties to show
or hide.

additionally support a coordinate obfuscation feature as a function of meters.

The first of these does seem like a nice feature. The second seems unrelated to 
the 
first. If it remains a valid concern, it should be described more fully in a 
new 
issue.

If I understand the first issue, this has been implemented in subsequent 
versions. Groups of Occurrence fields can now be shown or hidden via a tree. 

Even if coordinate precision obfuscated by meters (or degrees), users still may 
be able to get locality information from the locality description; overall this 
seems like a bigger issue than described. Overall consensus is not to recommend 
this now, rather see issue #252 which is the preferred way of dealing with 
information available on the existence of private data for now
