Upload unsuccessful redirect to previous page #258

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload something that's corrupted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think it's logical to stay on the upload page in case of a failure to
upload since the upload was unsuccessful, it should stay on the page to
give the user another chance to reupload the csv file.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
