Suggestion for print page #259

This is a suggestion:
Have set width for the first column of the print page so all the fields
would be align, and have variable width for the value column, but disable
borders, so the entire print page would be more uniform and readable.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

More importantly, the printed page doesn't include all of the fields as it is, 
it is 
truncated at the limit of what is shown on the page and shows the scrollbar on 
the 
right. Since better functionality can be achieved by a spreadsheet, I would 
disable 
the print feature here and maybe someday have the option to send it to a Google 
document. But right now, the CSV should suffice for everything, because the 
user 
still has that option.

New directive - remove "Print" link in Detail page.
