Add new columns to tables #5

Tried running newly merged code and I was missing some columns. Please check the data types and defaults because I just guessed. You should be able to push commits to this branch!

Thanks Kelsey, yes this is a known issue, I'm actually working on getting the near final version of the database set, and adding a file so that people will be easily able to add to their database. I'm going to wait on this PR for a bit until I can get that done.
