Thank you for adding support for Hurricane Electric.

I believe references in HurricaneElectric-Readme.md to FDCredential, FDUsername, and FDPassword should be updated to HECredential, HEUsername, and HEPassword. (I suppose the documentation was adapted from the FreeDNS plugin documentation.)
