This adds a plugin for what appears to be a legacy API for online.net which is now known as Scaleway. But the native Scaleway API is not compatible. This only works for domains managed from console.online.net. It addresses the main part of issue #557.
An different plugin may eventually be necessary if users are migrated to the newer Scaleway API. However, Scaleway support has indicated there are no current plans to migrate users.
