Add PAR doctype in flat pattern check #84

Files saved as part documents but converted to sheet metal remain of type PartDocument. Any doc type checks for sheet metal documents will fail despite the existence of sheet metal features. The current Check Flat Pattern task is flagged for working on PAR files but has a hard check against the PSM doctype, so any part documents will be ignored. This PR adds a switch (copied pattern from UpdatePartCopies task for consistency) with PAR doctype as a case to get the FlatPatternModels collection to check if it is up to date.
