Modified the SubstitutePropertyFormula to support direct property manipulation Created the GetOLEPropValue function

Robert, would love you to test this direct edit for any caveats known limitation: the {PropertyName|Rx} to get value from a linked document can't work due to the isolation of each document opened with the Direct Edit method I'm still impressed by the speed of this method, I'm going to investigate more the StructuredStorage to see if the variable table is accessible.
