This fixes #10

Can we get this pulled please. It is pretty trivial to add Python 3 support since this uses Cython which works with both 2 and 3 at the same time.

Note that this repo is a mirror. The main repo is https://bitbucket.org/rmcantin/bayesopt which uses mercurial, so I can't pull it directly. I'll try to fix it asap.
