Filter for albums on cooldown #138

It would be nice to have a checkbox at the top to filter out all the albums/songs that are currently on cooldown so it will make it easier to find a song.

You can try Settings > Album List > Sort Availables To Top for now.

Also Sort Songs The Same As Albums.

It used to be on by default, until I saw too many new users to the site open the site, scroll the album list down to try to find their favourite game, then turn to me and say "Hey why don't you have (Sonic|Mario|Zelda)?" I then had to explain to them the concept of cooldown and the default sorting mechanism. It adds friction to the learning process for new users.

Hope that explains why it's not the default. :)
