Compare mean degrees for classifier accuracy #1

See if a kSVM classifier for preferential attachment power is more or less accurate with a higher number of edges per node. Intuitively, it should get less accurate as the number of edges increases, since the network becomes less structured and the epidemic can spread anywhere relatively quickly.

Done. Results were as expected. Rsquared is about 0.05 less with mean degree = 8 than with mean degree = 4.
