The precis histograms don't render on my machine, so I've gotten in the habit of using hist = FALSE as documented in the book but recently noticed it doesn't have a corresponding bit of info in the documentation. I've edited (manually) the .Rd file for precis to add this bit of notation which enables tab-completion and provides info in the precis help.
