There are times one wishes to create a custom template directory for things such as custom favicon's or nuances. This PR allows for a -t flag to be used with the slidedeck create command to define a custom template directory to use. Alternatively, an env var with the name SLIDEDECK_TEMPLATE is used if it exists. If neither are specified, then the default data directory in the package install location is used.
