Adding automatic tool for ontology building from corpora #18

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. @meganpowers1 worked with the NASA Center for HelioAnalytics to create a critical tool for ontology-building: an automated machine learning approach that takes a corpus and produces an ontology that significantly reduces the time needed.

Describe the solution you'd like We would like to bring that tool into the Helio-KNOW package.

@meganpowers1 Please find the appropriate location for your work, make sure the code is sufficiently general and usable, and provide the information that someone would need to begin working with it (preferably a function-like object that takes in a corpus and outputs an owl file or some alternative that you deem more worthwhile)
