Sorry for the confusion. You want Libation.exe not Libationcli.exe. Although it looks like there's other errors. Can you attach your latest log file to this ticket? It's difficult to tell from the attached error what the issue might be.
Typically, the log file on windows is somewhere like C:\Users\[username]\Libation
, but the crash log above shows it might be on D:\
.
I am attaching the logfile folder, and I hope you can open it because I got a "windows can't open; file is invalid" error.
I also tried searching for the libation.exe file because i couldn't find it in any of the folders, and windows can't find it on my computer at all. Perhaps I should uninstall and try again?

Libation.exe should be in the same folder as libationcli.exe. If it's missing somehow, yeah, just re-download the latest -- https://github.com/rmcrackan/Libation/releases/latest
I installed Libation two nights ago and was halfway through liberating my books when it froze. I turned it off to try again the next day. Now when I run Libationcli.exe, it flashes open and closes immediately. I tried updating via libation.exe but that also closed.
What am I doing wrong?
This crash log was in the folder when I opened it the next morning. LibationCrash.log
