It needs some multi-player testing, and some text refinments, but this is looking pretty good.

After looking at OWBOX, I think there should definitely be a way to designate tracked items other than those needed on the Victory Monument.

You mean like special items with lots of power like Pickaxe on owbox, fishing rod on AR, ...?

No, I meant the red and yellow flowers and red and yellow dye. They're practically goal items.
