Silverfish not effect by poison #229

Silverfish are not effected by poison like they are in vanilla, they should disrupt other fish friends and break fish blocks when they're taking damage ticks. In AR they don't do that :( plsfixnet.asap.

This is a spigot/craftbukkit bug present on servers not running autoref. https://hub.spigotmc.org/jira/browse/SPIGOT-1421
