Track range of arrow fire for statistics #64

An interesting statistic, possibly with long-range shots being tied to #24, would be to track the distance arrows travel before they hit an enemy (not certain whether this should count for mobs as well, may want to be careful that players don't farm mobs with long range arrow fire for points once that system is in place).

This could also be interesting for maps that have traps such as owbox. Even I can hit a still mob across the lane, may not want to let that stat count or at the very least distinguish it as a long range impressive shot but give no points for mobs. I imagine many bored snipers have plucked off a mob or two from their vantage point.
