ISSUE There are 350 tree sites that are currently moving into future maintenance contracts. Stormwater team should review these sites to see if any can be used for future stormwater locations, prior to them getting pushed into tree maintenance contracts.

ACTION REQUIRED

Kerry will use existing site selection data (shapes) to see which of these sites falls in proximity to the model - a.k.a. the shapes that are being reviewed by consultants. After identifying these sites, she will note those that already have planned BMPs nearby, otherwise will flag them and return those "quality" sites back to the tree team. In addition, she will flag these locations for further review by Susie to see if we can fasttrack them to the appropriate stormwater groups (as the groups already have distinct assignments).

Please address any comments directly to Kerry via email. This issue should be addressed and resolved as soon as possible.

Sean Punte/staff at KCI will be reviewing these shapes. Before I pass along to him, have any of these sites already been pushed into maintenance contracts (is it too late for any?)
