Code completion file missing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Execute TikzEdt from TikzEdt (portable).bat.

A message box flashes too fast to read. A second message box opens with the 
text "Completion data not found (File: 
C:\Users\<myname>\AppData\Roaming\TikzEdt\TikzEdt\0.2.0.0\Editor\CodeCompletion.
xml" and an OK button.

2. Click OK. TikzEdt works as expected. Except that I can't test code 
completion because I do not know Tikz

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No error message

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TikzEdt 0.2, Win 7 Pro (x64).

Please provide any additional information below.
TikzEdt works fine after the error

Thanks for reporting this. The bug is fixed. It should work in the next 
revision.
(For now, just start TikzEdt.exe directly. It requires no installation.)
