I'd like to pass  parameters (e.g. -shell-escape ) to the  pdflatex-call. How 
to do it?

Im using Windows 7 together with MikTeX 2.9 and the shell-escape is necessary 
to call gnuplot in the background to produce tikz-Plots and tkt-fct-plots.
