NAVI: Pre-integration Task #34

What needs to be done in navigation before integration with the other application:

[x] Transfer project to Pi 4
[x] Verify everything works still
[x] Transfer GPS module to Pi 4
[x] Finish Arduino script to allow manual override
[x] Add script to gps-script to manage lux and gps
[ ] Compass points to destination
[x] Target marker placement more intuitive
[ ] Test wireless AP connection from Hololens to PI
