Hello dear friends,

Thanks for your proving this software. I'm wondering how to cite RepeatMasker and RepeatModeler? These software called other softwares, like Recon, TRF, RMBlast, RepeatScout, so do I need to cite these softwares as well?

In the book "Mobile Genetic Elements, pp 29-51: Using and Understanding RepeatMasker " (https://link.springer.com/protocol/10.1007/978-1-61779-603-6_2). The author described RepeatMasker in detail, but still gave no reference.

For RepeatModeler, I found one article "Flynn, J. M., Hubley, R., Goubert, C., Rosen, J., Clark, A. G., Feschotte, C., and Smit, A. F. (2020). RepeatModeler2 for automated genomic discovery of transposable element families. Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U. S. A. 117:9451–9457." https://www.pnas.org/content/117/17/9451.short Is this the correct reference for RepeatModeler?

Cheers, Yulong Li
