Describe the issue

when running ./configure with the latest RepeatMasker release (4.1.4), this error appears: cannot open DateRepeats: no such file or directory

I think this has been removed from the release, but the configure script is still looking for it?

Reproduction steps

perl ./configure

• How did you install RepeatMasker? e.g. manual installation from repeatmasker.org, bioconda, the Dfam TE Tools container, or as part of another bioinformatics tool?

• Which version of RepeatMasker do you have? The output of RepeatMasker -v can be used to find this.
