Obtain an Align file #244

I would like to perform an analysis using the "calcDivergenceFromAlign.pl" command, but I ran RepeatMasker without outputting the Align File. Do I need to redo the entire process to output the Align File? Or is it possible to output the Align File from the RepeatMasker output files?

calcDivergenceFromAlign.pl worked normally by using *cat file.
