Tumbler sample is missing in the examples/index.html file in the SDK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open examples/index.html in the SDK folder.

What is the expected output?
To see the Tumbler example in the list of examples.

What do you see instead?
The list without the Tumbler sample.

Note that tumbler won't work in pepper_14.  Adding to pepper_15.
