Show percentage or trophy count on top of each hub world #47

Could do X/Y trophies, or trophy outlines progressively filled in, or just a percentage tracker on the top.

Maybe each world shows its own progression and the overall game progression too.

Its shown in the settings menu right now. Seems good enough.
