Save cloud positions between level restarts to cut back on the jarring reset feel #48

Try exploding all bombs after the level resets to get them back to their starting positions

Try having coins seek back out of the goal once the level resets back to their spawn location

These ones may not be needed, cloud reset fix might be good enough? Alternative solution is to make player reassembly more distracting so focus is taken away from resetting tanks.
